The Student Ministry at FBC Mooresville exists to encourage, develop, and empower the next generation of teenagers to follow Jesus. 

We offer Bible studies on Sunday at 9 AM, Youth Hangouts on Sunday evenings, and on Wednesdays during the school year. Each summer, we also enjoy Beach Week at Caswell, located on Oak Island. This is a time of discipleship and worship.

Sunday Morning Bible studies

Each Sunday, teenagers gather for a time of Bible study and community. We meet as a large group in the worship area on the 3rd Floor. We are currently using Bible Studies for Life to help us apply scripture to our everyday lives and become more like Jesus.

Youth Hangouts

Join us each Sunday evening for Youth Hangouts! It’s a time set aside for teenagers to build community, enjoy meaningful worship, and dive into God’s Word together through Bible study. Come connect, grow, and be encouraged as we walk in faith side by side.

Wednesday’s

Each Wednesday, our teenagers gather for a midweek time of community and spiritual growth. Beginning at 5:30 PM, middle schoolers can join our Handbells group. At 6:00 PM, students have the opportunity to participate in Praise Team or serve in other ways. Then at 6:30 PM, everyone comes together for Bible study—digging deeper into God’s Word and growing in faith together.
