Preschool Ministries
The Preschool ministry (Birth - Age 5) at First Baptist Church Mooresville is called God's Garden. In God's Garden, FBC Mooresville is dedicated to sowing seeds of faith in your preschooler's heart. Through preschool worship, Sunday School, and Wednesday night activities, your young child will hear over and over again the truths of God's Word and will experience Jesus' love for them.
We want to partner with parents in cultivating the seeds of truth that are planted in God's Garden.
Nursery is available during both worship services and during Sunday morning Bible studies.
Note that all leaders have undergone a background check.
Sunday’s
BIBLE STUDIES MEET AT 9:00 AM
On Sunday mornings our preschoolers use The Gospel Project. Preschoolers have a wonderful opportunity to learn about God's Word. During Sunday Bible studies, preschoolers hear a Bible lesson taught by a dedicated teacher, participate in games and crafts that reinforce that lesson, and get to see the familiar faces of their friends each week.
PRESCHOOL WORSHIP AT 10:00 AM.
During the worship time, our preschoolers are invited to stay in the nursery area. They will hear Bible Stories, sing songs, make crafts, and have playtime. Most importantly, our preschoolers get the opportunity to learn about Jesus and how Jesus loves them.
Wednesday’s Mission and Music
WAM JR. CHOIR
WAM Jr. Choir (Worship, Art & Music) is for all kids age 3-Kindergarten. Kids enjoy singing, drama and movement in a combined choir as they learn more about worshipping God and celebrating different expressions of worship through "the arts."
MISSION FRIENDS
The focus of Mission Friends is introduce children to missions and to teach children about how God uses us to share His love around the world. Children also learn about the countries and cultures where missionaries serve.
Our Mission statement is to support the home and extend the ministry of the church! We do this by providing a Christ-centered atmosphere for all children! We implement a fun, engaging and challenging comprehensive learning curriculum all while in a safe and nurturing environment.
